Himangshu Barman

Himangshu Barman serves as the General Manager for India Operations at ALKEGEN since January 2022, leading manufacturing efforts to align with the company's strategic objectives in specialty materials. Previously, Himangshu held the same title at Unifrax, where significant improvements in manufacturing processes and safety standards were achieved, including a notable recognition with the 2020 Role Model Award. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager at Kohler Co., where a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility was established, and Senior Manager at SunEdison, overseeing large-scale solar projects across multiple regions. Himangshu's educational background includes an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology and XLRI Jamshedpur, along with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
