Joe Kuchera

Joe Kuchera has extensive experience in product stewardship, compliance, and human resources across various roles. Currently serving as a Product Stewardship Consultant at ALKEGEN since January 2022, Joe ensures Unifrax products adhere to regulatory standards and collaborates with customers to promote safe usage. Previously, Joe held the position of Vice President of Product Stewardship and Compliance as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Unifrax, contributing to the company's governance and employee management strategies. Joe also managed human resources at The Carborundum Company from 1980 to 1996 and held sales and customer service positions at Columbus McKinnon from 1977 to 1979. Joe earned a BS/MBA in Human Resource Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, between 1977 and 1980.
