Francisco Varela

Francisco Varela is an experienced agronomist with a diverse background in agricultural production and export. Currently serving in the Technical Department at Unifrutti Traders Ltda. since October 2011, Francisco previously held the role of Administrator at Sociedad Agrícola y de Transportes Andalucía S.A. from March 2004 to October 2011, focusing on the production and export of blueberries and table grapes. Francisco began their career in production at Compañia Frutera del Norte from 1999 to 2004 and gained foundational experience as an agronomist assistant at Frutexport S.A. in late 1998. A graduate of Universidad de La Serena, Francisco earned a degree in Agronomy and a Bachelor's in Agricultural Sciences from 1994 to 2001.
