Austin Hughes is a seasoned professional with a strong background in growth strategy and investment. As Co-Founder and CEO of Unify since January 2023, Austin is focused on creating a groundbreaking system-of-action for revenue, collaborating with top growth and sales teams. Previously, at Ramp from September 2020 to January 2023, Austin led the growth product team, spearheading programs that significantly contributed to the company’s pipeline goals. Austin's experience also includes investment roles at SoftBank Investment Advisers, covering enterprise software investments, and serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners, focusing on technology, consumer, and financial services sectors. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
