Jill Tollefson

Jill Tollefson is an accomplished Director of Operations at Unify Consulting, a firm recognized for its innovative approach to consulting since November 2015. With a strong background in program, product, project, and portfolio management, as well as expertise in Lean and Agile methodologies and business analysis, Jill also held various leadership roles at Holland America Line, including Product Owner for web applications and e-commerce, and at Norwegian Cruise Line as Cruise Director. Educational qualifications include a Project Management certification from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bemidji State University, complemented by studies at the University of Oxford.
