Tiffany Berry has extensive work experience in the legal field. Tiffany currently serves as the General Legal Counsel for AgData Global, LLC - Scaroni Family of Companies since September 2021. Prior to this, they were the General Counsel at UNIFY Dots starting in April 2020. From October 2019 to October 2021, Tiffany worked as an Attorney at Berry Law Firm. Before that, they held multiple roles at Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd- Business Solution Group, including Director and Legal Counsel from April 2018 to September 2019, Director and Counsel, General Affairs from April 2017 to March 2018, and Counsel, HR & Immigration from April 2016 to March 2017. Tiffany also worked at Ignify - a Hitachi Solutions subsidiary as Lead Counsel - Legal Affairs from October 2015 to March 2016. Additionally, Tiffany worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Mount Saint Mary's University from August 2015 to December 2015 and as a Volunteer Attorney at Public Counsel from April 2013 to April 2014. Tiffany started their legal career as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court from May 2011 to July 2011. Tiffany also had various other legal roles throughout their career, demonstrating their wide range of experience in different legal areas.

From 2005 to 2008, they attended Mount Saint Mary's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on History, Women's Studies, and Pre-Law. Following this, they pursued a law degree and attended the University of La Verne from 2009 to 2010. Although the degree they obtained from this institution is not specified, it is clear that they continued to focus on Law during this period. Finally, they attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree in the field of Law.

Furthermore, in December 2012, Tiffany Berry obtained their California State Bar License from the Supreme Court of California.
