Sebastian Saaby

Sebastian Saaby is a Management Consultant at Unify Partners, specializing in Supply Chain projects with a focus on process optimization, operations and supply chain management, sales and operations planning, and manufacturing optimization since February 2023. Previously, Sebastian gained experience at GN Group in global operations and commercial operations as a student assistant, and contributed to enhancing commercial efficiencies during an internship. Additionally, experience at TIER Mobility as a freelancer and leadership experience as a sergeant in the Danish Armed Forces provided valuable skills in team management and crisis resolution. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing & Management from the Technical University of Denmark and completed military training at the Army NCO Academy.
