Lauren Thurston

Lauren Thurston has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren is currently the Head of Managed Security Services at UNIFY Solutions since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at UNIFY Solutions from September 2022 to July 2023. Before joining UNIFY Solutions, Lauren was a Service Delivery Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems from April 2020 to August 2022. Lauren also served as a Customer Experience Manager at Cubic Transportation Systems from May 2016 to April 2020. Lauren's previous experience includes roles such as Head of Client Management and National Account Manager at The Keyholding Company from September 2014 to March 2016 and from March 2013 to September 2014, respectively. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Administrative Manager at Treecare Arboricultural Specialists from July 2010 to January 2013. Lauren began their career at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, where they served as a Team Leader, Administration from April 2009 to May 2010 and as a Licensing Assessor from January 2008 to April 2009.

Lauren Thurston attended Griffith University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations and Organizational Culture from LinkedIn in 2020.
