Parul Singh

Parul Singh currently serves as Global Vice President of People Strategy at UnifyCX since April 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and people management. Prior roles include Global Head of Human Resources at Zycus, Vice President of People and Culture at Xceedance, and HR Director at Gensler. Earlier career experiences encompass consultancy roles as an HR Advisor at two startups and a Head of HR position at MPC. Parul began in HR as a Business Partner across multiple organizations from 2003 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Nagpur University, a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University, and certifications in Leadership/Executive Coaching and Organizational Development Coaching from ICF.
