Floor van Workum is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Unigarant and as a board member of ANWB, Floor also holds the position of General Director at Reis & Rechtshulp N.V. Member of SER Topvrouwen and previously an advisory board member at Windesheim, Floor has held significant roles at Rabobank, including Head of Energy Transition Retail and Program Director. Floor co-founded Sectorcollectief Duurzaam Wonen and founded Vista Hypotheken, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable finance. Educational achievements include a degree from Radboud University and ongoing studies in the Executive Insurance Program at Nyenrode Business University.
