Bernard Sabrier

Bernard Sabrier has served as Group Chairman and CEO of Unigestion Asia since 1976, driving the firm's development into a prominent independent asset manager across Europe, North America, and Asia, with an emphasis on innovative solutions in liquid alternatives, private equity, and equities, all underpinned by a strong ESG focus. In addition to this role, Bernard Sabrier is a member of the Global Commission on Science Missions for Sustainability at the International Science Council since December 2021, where efforts are directed towards mobilizing a $100 million annual fund for sustainability science in key areas such as food, energy, climate, health, and urban development. Bernard Sabrier also contributes to the Advisory Council of the Marshall Institute for Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship since 2016, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of private actions for public benefit. Earlier experience includes roles in currency hedging and fixed income instruments at Renault Finance Lausanne from 1975 to 1976 and at Paribas Suisse from 1972 to 1974.
