Frederic Lorber

Frederic Lorber has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Frederic began their career as a Stagiaire at AXA Investment Managers, where they upgraded data export format and maintained an internal library of financial functions. Frederic then moved on to Allianz Suisse as a Software Developer, where they developed and maintained life insurance computing processes and created a database for data export. Next, they worked at Avendis Capital as a Quantitative Analyst, focusing on the development of an in-house Portfolio Management System. Following this, they joined Unigestion as a Quantitative Data Analyst, serving as a Data Architect and Technical Lead, automating and monitoring external data sourcing. Frederic later advanced to the role of Quantitative Analyst - Senior Vice President - Equities, where they led or assisted in research and strategy enhancement efforts. Currently, Lorber holds the position of Quantitative Analyst - Director at Unigestion.

Frederic Lorber pursued their education in the field of computer engineering and applied computer science. In 1999, they enrolled at the Université Paris Cité, where they completed a Magistère d’informatique appliquée d’Ile de France degree between 1999 and 2003. Later, in 2002, Frederic attended the Pierre and Marie Curie University, where they pursued a DESS Génie des Logiciels Applicatifs degree in computer engineering till 2003.
