Dr. Karan Thagunna

Dr. Karan Thagunna is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of finance and mathematics. Currently serving as a Visiting Professor at Kathmandu University School of Management since June 2022, Dr. Thagunna holds dual principal positions at Global College International and Uniglobe SS/College, contributing significantly to the educational framework in Kathmandu, Nepal. Dr. Thagunna's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Quantitative Finance and Applied Mathematics, along with a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from The University of Alabama, and a postdoctoral degree in International Financial Relations from the University of Warsaw.
