Margherita Cocchi

Margherita Cocchi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and compliance affairs. Currently serving as Head of Legal, Corporate, and Compliance Affairs at Unigrà since June 2013, Margherita has previously held positions such as Head of the Legal Office and HR at Unigrà S.r.l. and In-House Lawyer in the Legal Department of Industries S.p.A. within the Moncler Group. Earlier experience includes an Associate role at Labruna Mazziotti Segni, Studio Legale, and a Stagiaire position at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Margherita began their legal career as a Tutor for the course of European Union Law at the University of Bologna, where education culminated with a Master's for International Lawyers in EU and International Law, alongside earlier law degrees from the same institution and Radboud University.
