Kim Schulz has a diverse work experience in the field of IT helpdesk and incident management. They started their career in 2015 at the University of Helsinki, where they provided incident management and customer service to students, teachers, and professors. In 2016, Kim joined CGI as a ServiceDesk/Incident Management specialist for a short period before returning to the University of Helsinki as an IT Helpdesk professional. During this time, they were involved in a Windows 7 to 10 upgrade project. In 2020, Kim took on the role of Senior Incident Lifecycle Coordinator at Helsinki University, focusing on incident management, incident lifecycle management, and customer service. They also held the position of IT-Helpdesk & local support manager, starting in November 2021. Throughout their career, Kim has been instrumental in resolving various IT problems and providing support to the academic community.
Kim Schulz completed their Ylioppilas degree at Vaskivuoren Lukio from 2008 to 2011. They then pursued a Business Information Technology Degree Programme in Information Technology at Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016.
