Erik Wu

Erik Wu is the Chief Technology Officer at UNIGRID Inc., leading efforts to develop sodium-based solid-state batteries for stationary energy storage applications since November 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Process Development Engineer I at SunPower Corporation, where design and troubleshooting of lab processes were key responsibilities, and a Sr. Process Technician at Aerotek, focusing on semiconductor processes. Erik has also worked as an R&D Technician at Nanosolar, a Remote Solar Designer at Sungevity, and as a Student IT Desktop Consultant at UC Berkeley. Academic qualifications encompass a PhD and a Master's in Nanoengineering from UC San Diego, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
