Phil Greaves is the Co-Founder & CEO of UniHomes, a company that provides students with a transparent platform to find university accommodation with utility bills included in the rental price. Phil also holds the position of Director at Split The Bills and Property Stack. Prior to this, Phil worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis. Phil graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University.
