Leo Heldens

Leo Heldens has extensive experience in various roles focused on complaints management, mediation, and community initiatives. Current positions include membership in the complaint commission at UniK B.V., involvement in the Independent Complaint and Objection Committee at VenloSupport, and initiative leadership for the Villa Romana community project. Additional roles encompass membership in multiple complaints and dispute committees, including those related to regional housing corporations and WMO home care in Roosendaal, as well as ownership of Bureau IKVA, a network organization providing advisory and support services. Educational qualifications include certification as an ADR International Associate Certified Mediator and various degrees in social and pedagogical fields from institutions such as Avans University of Applied Sciences and Hogeschool Amsterdam.
