Ivânia Correia

Ivânia Correia has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Organization & Administration Director at Unilabs Portugal since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ivânia was a Human Resources Specialist at Grupo Base from January 2008 to October 2017 and held the position of Responsável de Recursos Humanos at CEML, Lda. from November 2003 to January 2008. Ivânia's career began as a Técnica de RH at Aerosoles between 2002 and 2003. Academically, Ivânia holds a licenciatura in Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Psicologia do Trabalho from ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia, a graduate degree in Gestão estratégica de recursos humanos from APG/ISLA, a degree in Gestão da Qualidade from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, and a pós-graduação in Direito do trabalho from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
