Our flexible approach has helped NHS departments to tackle critical back logs as well as day-to-day operations when challenged by staff shortages of biomedical scientists and consultant pathologists. Our consultant pathologists hold substantive posts in NHS teaching hospitals and so we are acutely aware of the financial and operational challenges currently faced by the NHS.
