Aurélien Caro

Aurélien Caro has extensive experience in internal audit and risk management. Aurélien currently holds the role of Head of Internal Audit & Risk at Unilabs since July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager Internal Audit & Risk at Unilabs from May 2022 to July 2023. Prior to Unilabs, Aurélien worked at Coty where they held various positions including Senior Manager Internal Audit from December 2019 to May 2022, Manager Internal Audit from October 2017 to December 2020, Senior Internal Auditor from October 2016 to October 2017, and Internal Auditor from October 2014 to October 2016. Aurélien also has experience in corporate finance from their role at GE Capital in 2012 and sales operations and consulting from their time at IBM from July 2010 to July 2011. Aurélien's early career includes a role as a Junior Project Manager at Auchan International in 2009. Additionally, they volunteered as the Director of Internal Audit & Consulting at slavefreetrade International from January 2021 to February 2022.

Aurélien CARO attended NEOMA Business School from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Finance. In 2011, they briefly studied at the University of Ottawa, specializing in International business and Finance. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from SKEMA Business School from 2008 to 2009. Aurélien also completed a DUT in Gestion Administrative et Commerciale from Université Savoie Mont Blanc from 2006 to 2008. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a certification as a CMA Candidate (Certified Management Accountant) with a focus on Finance, General.
