Mikaela Mars

Mikaela Mars serves as the Legal & Compliance Officer for the Nordic region at Unilabs since August 2023, overseeing all legal and compliance matters, including corporate law, commercial contracting, public procurement, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Mikaela held the position of Nordic Legal Counsel at Bristol Myers Squibb from September 2020 to August 2023, managing legal assistance across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Mikaela's experience also includes serving as Group General Counsel at Vitamin Well AB, an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling, and a Legal Counsel at AbbVie. Mikaela began a career as a Paralegal at Advokatfirman Vinge KB and also gained experience in administrative roles at J.P. Morgan and the European Parliament. Mikaela holds a Jur Kand degree in Law and a Fristående kurs in Business Law from Stockholm University, as well as a Fil Kand degree in Philosophy of Science from the University of Gothenburg.
