Xavier Aghassian

Xavier Aghassian has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Xavier is currently working at Unilabs as the Group Finance Director, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Group CFO at Unilabs from October 2022 until March 2023. Before joining Unilabs, Xavier worked at Galderma as the Finance Director for their Aesthetics division from January 2018 to December 2020. Xavier also held the position of Head of Finance for Alby Operations at Galderma from October 2014 to December 2017. Xavier's earlier experience includes working at Siegwerk as the Finance & IT Director for their France division from May 2011 to October 2014. Prior to that, they were employed at Honeywell Safety (formerly Sperian Protection) where they served as the Finance Director for Body Protection - Global from January 2009 to May 2011. Xavier also held the position of Finance Manager for Gloves EMEA at Honeywell Safety from March 2007 to May 2011, and Controller for the Market Business Unit EMEA from June 2004 to March 2007. Xavier's professional journey began at Saint-Gobain, where they worked as an Internal Auditor on a global scale from November 2001 to June 2004. Xavier also served as an Assistant to the CFO for North America at Saint-Gobain from July 2000 to October 2001. Through their various roles, Xavier has gained significant experience in finance and leadership within multinational organizations.

Xavier Aghassian attended Henri IV from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Prepa HEC. Following this, they went on to study at ESCP Business School from 1996 to 2000, focusing on Management. In 2009, Xavier enrolled in the CEDEP General Management Programme at INSEAD for a year.
