Erika Smith

Erika Smith currently serves as a Leasing Administrator at Uniland Development Company since June 2023. Prior to this role, Erika spent four years as a Property Manager at Young Development, overseeing the daily management of approximately 300 residential rental units and leading a team of leasing and maintenance staff. Erika's earlier experience includes positions as a Leasing Consultant at The Northwoods Corporation and an Assistant Commercial Lines Account Executive, where coordination of customer inquiries and policy management were key responsibilities. Erika also gained retail management experience as a Front End Supervisor at T.J. Maxx. Erika holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Erie Community College and a Certificate in Real Estate from the Western New York School of Real Estate.
