Richard Torcasio

Richard Torcasio has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Uniland Development since 2002, Richard also holds the position of President at RT Systems Corp, a role maintained since December 1998. Previous service includes a significant tenure on the Board of Trustees at the Aquarium of Niagara, where Richard acted as President from 2012 to 2018, and board membership with the WNY Invention Convention until 2018. Richard's earlier career includes working as a Project Leader at Ingram Micro and a distinguished role in the US Navy as Leading Chief of the Reactor Electronics Division on the USS Long Beach, responsible for a team of sailors maintaining critical nuclear reactor electronics. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The New School, earned between 1987 and 1990.
