Wendy S.

Wendy S. is a PhD student at UniLaSalle since March 2021, focusing on the processing of wheat non-starch polysaccharides to enhance their functional and nutritional properties. Prior to this, Wendy held the position of professeur de SVT at Académie d'Amiens from November 2020 to February 2021. Wendy also gained research experience at Laboratoire Biologie des plantes et innovation, where responsibilities included studying the phytochemical potential of hydroponically cultivated plant species and conducting various analytical tests. In earlier roles at Agora coopérative agricole, Wendy contributed as an agronomic experimenter, conducting trials on soil conservation agriculture, and as a quality and safety assistant, managing grain quality analysis and training personnel. Wendy completed a Master’s degree in Sciences et Technologies de l'Agriculture, de l'Alimentation et de l'Environnement at Université de Picardie Jules Verne, following a Bachelor's degree in Science de la Vie et de la Terre from the same institution.
