Bruno Campos

Bruno Campos is an experienced professional in environmental science and risk assessment, currently serving as the Environmental Safety Science Leader at Unilever since November 2017. Bruno has held various leadership roles within the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC), including President and Vice President of SETAC Europe, and is a current Council Member until May 2025. Previously, Bruno worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Student at the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Water Research, IDAEA, and has gained international experience as a Visiting Researcher at Stockholm University and Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ. Bruno holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Sciences from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Doctor of Philosophy from Universitat de Barcelona, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universidade de Aveiro.
