Camila Monteiro

Camila Monteiro is an experienced professional in food safety, quality management, and new product development. Currently serving as the Portfolio & Innovation Planning and 3P Operations Lead at Unilever since November 2021, Camila oversees food safety governance and quality operations while managing third-party quality control and internal audits. Prior to Unilever, Camila held the position of New Product Development & Quality Manager at Eirespan Distribution Limited, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and product specifications. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Production Supervisor at BRF, focusing on quality control and team management. Camila holds a Master of Science in Food Business Management & Technology from Innopharma College and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal da Paraíba.
