Cody Call

Cody Call is an accomplished manufacturing and maintenance senior manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at Unilever from May 2022 to January 2025, Cody oversees safety, quality, people, and service in both the process and packaging departments. Previously, Cody held positions at Plastic Packaging Technologies, LLC as a process department leader and project engineer, where significant contributions included generating dielines for products and developing automation software. At True Manufacturing, Cody applied lean principles as a process engineer, focusing on improving manufacturing processes and implementing ergonomic improvements. Earlier experience includes roles as a project engineer intern and process engineer co-op, where Cody achieved considerable cost savings and efficiency improvements. Cody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
