Dione Cotoco is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as the Beauty & Wellbeing Southeast Asia CMI Lead and Philippine CMI Lead at Unilever since November 2022, Dione previously held various leadership roles at Avon from June 2006 to November 2022, including Marketing Lead for Beauty Categories, APAC Category Head for Personal Care, Skin Care, and Fragrance, and Regional Group Manager for Mass & Masstige Color Cosmetics. Achievements at Avon include delivering two years of consistent growth in the fragrance category and leading a successful brand restage that resulted in double-digit growth in key markets. Prior to Avon, Dione worked at L'Oréal as a Junior Product Manager for Shu Uemura and Kiehl's, focused on marketing plan execution and portfolio management. Dione is an alumnus of Ateneo de Manila University.
