Ethan Rothschild

Ethan Rothschild is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational design and transformation, currently serving as the Head of HR for Foods North America at Unilever since September 2022. Prior roles at Unilever include HR Director for Organizational Design & Transformation and Head of HR for Global Health & Wellbeing. Prior to Unilever, Ethan gained valuable experience at NBC Olympics from January 2014 to February 2018, working as a researcher and research runner. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Public Relations with a minor in Geography from Syracuse University.
