Fernando Rodrigueiro

Fernando Rodrigueiro serves as the Global Head of People Experience & Operations at Unilever, a role held since October 2016, which encompasses leadership positions such as Global Chief People Officer for Unilever Marketplace and Human Resources Director for Supply Chain Latin America. With extensive experience in HR across various functions, Fernando has implemented comprehensive People Strategies, managed multi-country HR operations, overseen organizational design, and directed transformation programs. Fernando's tenure at Unilever began in 2004, progressively advancing from trainee roles to HR Manager, eventually assuming leadership roles that involved managing large teams and navigating complex organizational changes. Education includes an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
