Idil Iseri

Idil Iseri serves as the Homecare PTAB Regional General Counsel and Head of Legal for Turkey and UNICA at Unilever since May 2025. Previously, Idil held key positions at Vodafone from June 2020 to May 2025, including Head of Compliance and Corporate Secretariat, overseeing a broad range of compliance areas such as data privacy, competition law, and M&A transactions. Prior to Vodafone, Idil was the Legal Director for the Caucasus and Central Asia Region at The Coca-Cola Company from August 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing legal matters for a significant business unit. Idil's legal career also includes roles at Coca-Cola İçecek and earlier positions at EF Law and Gorur Law Firm. Idil holds an Executive MBA from Sabanci University and additional executive education from MIT Sloan and Stellenbosch University, alongside a law degree from Istanbul University.
