Isabel Massey serves as the Global Head of Media & Integrated Brand Experiences at Unilever since October 2024. Previously, Isabel was with Diageo from November 2013 to October 2024, where notable achievements included establishing Diageo’s first Global Digital Director role and leading a team of 15 specialists within the Centre of Digital Excellence. Additionally, as Head of Media & Futures for Europe, Isabel was instrumental in enhancing content delivery through innovative media strategies. Prior to Diageo, Isabel held the position of Media Planning Director at Vizeum between September 2008 and November 2013, focusing on effective media strategies for esteemed brands in FMCG, Insurance, and Travel. Isabel's academic background includes A Levels from Tonbridge Grammar School for Girls and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham.
