Jeff Hofmann

Jeff Hofmann currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Unilever, a global business operating in over 190 countries with a turnover of $60 billion. With extensive experience in strategic sales leadership, Jeff has held various roles at Unilever since 1989, including Vice President of Sales and Director of Emerging Channels, where significant contributions to North American growth and the integration of consumer-centric digital capabilities were made. Prior to rejoining Unilever, Jeff was the Head of Commercial Insights and Analytics at Syngenta, driving growth through insights and analytics. Additionally, Jeff served as Vice President of Sales at Newell Brands, leading substantial e-commerce growth and winning multiple Vendor of the Year Awards. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from St. Cloud State University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management.
