Juliana Minari has an extensive background in consumer and market insights, currently serving as the Head of Consumer and Market Insights for Ice Cream Latam at Unilever since June 2012. Prior roles at Unilever include CMI Latam Manager for Refreshments Categories, Senior Coordinator for Consumer and Market Insights, and Shopping Insights Senior Coordinator, where responsibilities included channel and category shopper understanding in Brazil. Juliana also worked in global consumer insights for the Tresemmé hair care category and served as the CMI Brazil Coordinator for skin cleansing and deodorants. Prior to Unilever, Juliana was a Senior Market Research Analyst at Ipsos. Juliana holds an MBA in Consumer Sciences from ESPM, a specialization in Marketing Management from FGV, and a bachelor's degree from ESPM.
