Lalita Rambhatla

Lalita Rambhatla is an accomplished professional in supply chain and operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Operations at Unilever. Prior to this role, Lalita was a Director at udaan.com, where significant achievements included leading the Pan-India supply chain for the grocery B2C business WonderMart and implementing innovative supply chain strategies that resulted in a notable reduction in costs and improved serviceability. Lalita’s career also features a consultancy stint at McKinsey & Company, where strategic initiatives led to substantial cost reductions and revenue enhancements for clients. Earlier experience at ITC Limited involved managing operations for a pioneering pharma-based manufacturing facility.
