Matt Brackenbury

Matt Brackenbury is a seasoned packaging technologist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a senior packaging technologist in the ice cream division at Unilever since June 2021, Matt previously held positions at PepsiCo as a packaging technologist, as well as at Bokomo Foods UK Ltd. and Pioneer Foods (UK) in similar roles. Matt's career in packaging technology began at Addo Food Group, where valuable expertise was developed from 2012 to 2017. Educational background includes attendance at Stamford College from 1998 to 2001 and Sir John Gleed Technology School from 1993 to 1998.
