Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain is a seasoned professional in product management and research and development with a focus on data analytics and textile technology. At Unilever since August 2014, Ritu has excelled as a Product Manager for Data and Analytics, playing a pivotal role in the development of 'Polaris,' an analytical engine that enhanced decision-making and delivered significant cost savings across various key functions. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant R&D Manager, where Ritu established streamlined processes that resulted in substantial efficiency gains and led digital transformation efforts for global testing. Ritu's career also includes positions at Resil Chemicals Pvt Ltd, Unilever as a Senior R&D Associate, and a lecturer role at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, alongside early research experience at ADRDE for the Ministry of Defense. Ritu holds an M.Tech in Fibre Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree from Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
