Salsabila Sanina is currently a Management Trainee in the Manufacturing division at Unilever, having joined in December 2023. Previously, Salsabila worked as a Waste Data Analyst at Waste4Change, analyzing substantial waste sorting data and producing impactful reports for over 230 clients in the Jabodetabek area. Experience includes serving as an Assistant Lecturer of Waste Management at Diponegoro University, managing student learning and evaluations, and as a Project Assistant for Nuffic, focusing on Integrated Coastal Zone Management. Salsabila also held various leadership roles at AIESEC, overseeing talent acquisition and external relations while enhancing volunteer experiences in social projects. Earlier experience includes positions in waste management surveying, occupational health and safety, and performance management. Salsabila earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Diponegoro University.
