Sanam Sheikh

Sanam Sheikh has extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership across various prestigious organizations, currently serving as HR Lead Foods PTAB and Head of HR in Pakistan for Unilever since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sanam held multiple executive positions at Jazz, including VP Enterprise Operations and Customer Experience, and specialized in governance, rewards, and analytics. Experience at PepsiCo included roles as Senior Manager for the AMESA Sector and National Key Accounts Manager, where strategic development and execution were key responsibilities. Sanam also served as National Director for SOS Children's Villages International, overseeing operational efficiency and strategy implementation in Pakistan, and held significant HR roles at Coca-Cola CCI, DuPont Pioneer, and KSB Pumps, contributing to pivotal HR functions and organizational strategy. Sanam's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration from the University of the Punjab and completion of leadership programs at London Business School and INSEAD.
