Sebastiaan de Buck

Sebastiaan de Buck serves as Vice President and Global Head of Tax Strategy at Unilever since 2015, overseeing tax strategy, M&A, transfer pricing for intellectual property and financial transactions, and global controversy management. Additionally, Sebastiaan is a Teaching Fellow and Advisory Board member at the Amsterdam Centre for Transfer Pricing and Income Allocation. Engagements with the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors include Board Member and Chair of the Section of Inhouse Tax Lawyers. Recognition includes the International Tax Review In-House Tax Award as Tax Leader of the Year in 2023. Sebastiaan's educational background spans numerous institutions, including an Advanced Transfer Pricing Course at WU and various degrees in tax law and international taxation.
