Shagufta Hooda

Shagufta Hooda has been with Unilever since January 2014, currently serving as Associate Marketing Director for Deodorants, managing brands such as Dove and AXE. Previously held roles include Associate Marketing Director and Canada Marketing Lead for Knorr Canada, as well as various senior brand management positions across the Dove, Axe, and Hair Care portfolios. Shagufta also has experience in brand management for Pure Leaf, Lipton, and Breyers, and has contributed to substantial growth initiatives within Skin Care and Margarine categories. Earlier in the career, Shagufta worked as a Sales Analyst at The J.M. Smucker Company and held marketing positions with SickKids Foundation and Diamond Design Studio. Shagufta holds an Honours Bachelors of Business Administration in Brand Communication & Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
