Shanthi Paramasivam

Shanthi Paramasivam has extensive experience in digital research and development, currently serving as Manager in Digital R&D at Unilever since February 2010, focusing on Experimental Data Capture with Labvantage LIMS. Previous roles at Unilever include Assistant Manager and Senior Associate, where responsibilities included managing Experimental Data Capture and designing knowledge-sharing platforms for global learning. At Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Shanthi held positions in Information and Knowledge Management from 2001 to 2009. Early career experience includes working as an Information Officer at the National Centre for Science Information and as a Project Associate. Shanthi holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Sri Sathya Sai Institute, and a PGDIPR in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School, Bangalore.
