Shyam Panchal is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Audit Safety Security Health & Environment Manager at Unilever since December 2015, with additional responsibilities as the SHE Innovation and Digital Transformation Lead for North Africa, the Middle East, and Pakistan, focusing on Beauty & Wellbeing products. Prior to Unilever, Shyam worked as an Electrical Engineer at International Beverages Consultancy and held the position of Sr. Electrical and Electronics Maintenance Engineer at MenaBev, a leading franchise bottler for PepsiCo. Shyam began the career as an Electronics Engineer at CAN-PACK INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and completed an internship at KABRA Industrial ESTATE. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Canterbury Christ Church University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
