Sophia Bello

Sophia Bello is an accomplished professional with significant experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Global Strategy Assistant Manager to the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unilever, Sophia has progressed through various roles including HR Business Partner and Rewards Project Lead within the Unilever Future Leaders Programme, where Sophia was the sole HR trainee selected from over 5,000 applicants. Previously, leadership roles at AIESEC included National Organizational Development Coach and Local Committee President during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sophia co-founded Kilos Ko Youth, a non-profit organization focused on progressive community development, and interned at the Senate of the Philippines, contributing to youth engagement initiatives. An alumna of Ateneo de Manila University, Sophia holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Management and a minor in Development Management.
