Thiago Burin

Thiago Burin serves as the Global Head of Tech for Customer Development and eCommerce at Unilever since January 2020, focusing on creating and implementing digital and data strategies alongside the Chief Customer Development Officer. Prior roles at Unilever include Global IT Innovation Director for Customer Development, where responsibilities included managing the global Customer Development IT Investment board and overseeing Retail Execution IT Solutions in Europe. Thiago has also held positions such as Senior Global IT Portfolio & Strategy Manager, Enterprise Architect, and various managerial roles in IT and project management across different regions. Thiago began a career with Unilever as a Graduate Trainee after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and an MBA from The University of Manchester.
