Tibor Tapay

Tibor Tapay has over 25 years of experience in IT management, currently serving as the Infrastructure Service Manager and IT Business Partner at Unilever Hungary since October 2007, where responsibilities include IT infrastructure services, relationship management, and local project portfolio management across Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia. Prior to this role, Tibor worked as a Service Level Manager at Synergon Rt, focusing on IT operations and client support for major clients while managing service contracts and performance reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Manager at SessionBase Kft., leading a team and overseeing internal regulations and invoicing processes, and as a Computer/Network operator at Hajdú-Bét Rt., where network maintenance and data management were key responsibilities. Tibor holds an Engineer's Degree from Gábor Dénes Technical Informatical College, alongside prior technical education from Kolos Richárd Technical Secondary School.
