Zakir Karim

Zakir Karim has extensive experience in the nutrition and financial services sectors, most recently serving as Vice President of Functional Nutrition for South Asia and General Manager for Horlicks & Boost at Unilever from September 2020 to November 2023. Previously, Zakir held the position of General Manager for Nutrition in South Europe and Vice President for Dressings across Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey. Earlier in the career, Zakir worked as a General Manager for Amora-Maille Global and as an FSI Systems Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Zakir holds an undergraduate degree in Management and Computer Science from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and completed a Short Term Exchange Programme in International Finance at Hiroshima University of Economics in Japan.
