Damien Bourgueil

Damien Bourgueil has extensive experience in plant operations and management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at Unilin Panels since June 2019 and at Unilin (formerly Spanolux) since September 2018. Prior to this, from June 1999 to August 2018, Damien held various roles at Spanolux, including Manager Operations. Damien's career began at Heinen, where responsibilities included product development and certification for the Belgian market and the French nuclear sector from January 1994 to January 1999. Educational qualifications include a civil engineering degree in chemistry from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, completed in 1992.
